I am not sure how the President's 4 trillion dollar budget will affect the education system. Usually when there is a budget cut the first to be cut is teacher's pay. They will either cut teacher's pay or cut back on the number of teachers at the school. If they cut back on teachers, then there will be more students per class. The next things schools will cut back on will be educational resources. Schools need more funding not less.
